Streamlining Daily Passenger Record Management

In this project, the ultimate goal is to streamline my existing daily passenger record management process. Currently, my data is stuck in an Excel table which doesn't facilitate quick data-keying and record updates.
What I need is a proficient developer who can migrate my Excel data into a system built with either Microsoft Access or Visual Basic. I'm quite flexible on which one to use as long as it gets the job done effectively.
Key project requirements:
- Seamless transfer of data from Excel to the chosen platform.
- Simple and intuitive UX for daily data entry.
- Efficient system for generating reports from the input data.
Ideal candidate should:
- Be experienced in Visual Basic or Microsoft Access.
