Stock Management Database in Microsoft Access

I need a way to track our inventory. We are a manufacturing company that works with multiple customers. We receive an order from our customer. we order material, machine parts, and put to stock. When a line item is due, we ship the qty required for that line item. We normally run extra that are kept in stock until needed but I also need to track when they are used for another job. I need to keep traceability of stock. We also put material into stock that has not been machine. We work with Part Numbers that have a Purchase Order Number that has a specific price and date of when PO was completed. Please message me for me detail.

Shipping to stock, shipping to another job, or shipping back to stock. I also need to create a Certificate of Conformance.
