Software error **READ ENTIRE PROPOSAL***

I have a software program that I installed. The oringial developer is no longer around and I only have the install files, nothing else. I updated the software and once I did, I get an error saying that the library checker has an error. I assume something with the update caused this. I need someone who can fix this error so the software will load.
