Simple Ms Access program.
Table 1 - Products
Columns:
- Product code
- Product name
- Retail price
- Wholesale Price
All data in this table are entered manually
Table 2 - Orders
Columns:
- Date (entered automatically when record created)
- Order number (entered manually)
- ID number (entered manually)
- Product Code (entered manually and data/row will be searched in table 1)
- Product name (from table 1)
- Notes (entered manually)
- Retail price (from table 1)
- Wholesale Price (from table 1)
- Customer name (entered manually)
- Email (entered manually)
- Phone (entered manually)
Data entry using Form.
When user enter Product code, all data for this product should be imported (values)from Table 1 to Table 2.
User can manually enter another data.
When done, he should have options:
- save record and create new (Save and New)
- save record, print it and create new (Print and New).
Both options should have shortcuts (like F2, F3 ...)
Data (from Orders, table 2) will be printed on label printer, one record per label. Preffered send data to printer without any preview.
Should be option to batch printing (another view where user can select multiple records for printing).
Should be option to filter data (table view), find data.
