Simple MS Access Database

I need someone to create a simple Access database.
There are just 15 fields but I want to upload a photo with each row.
I attach a spreadsheet shwoing all the data needed, and an example report page.
So I need to produce an MS Access report for each client, showing their properties. So we need to seperate the entries into different tables, so each client has their own table. Does that make sense?!
