Show only this single-entry input field from a Microsoft Access form on the screen.

The attached database contains sample data from a single entry field in a form and I am trying to make it look better. How do I make this form appear as only a single entry field outside of the application window? My thought was that it would look something like this mock-up https://www.screencast.com/t/QgThY5CfwJW and that is all I would see on the screen.
