Setup a simple MSAccess DB with reports

I have a spreadsheet with name, email, date and 15 fields with binary values 1 and 0. I want someone to setup a simple ms access database where I can quickly upload the spreadsheet with the 18 fields and then view reports like number and list of records that have field 1,2,3 or 15 set as 1, etc. Its a simple job for someone who knows their way around msaccess.
