Search and Replace English to British

I have a database with a table that contains English words and their British equivalent spelling. I have another table with 50,545 rows and each row has text field with paragraphs of text. I need a query or code to search the text field with the paragraph of text and find each English word from the other table and replace each English word with the British equivalent if it exists. I will provide a sample access database with the master English and British words and the table with the paragraph of text.
