School Access Database

I am in charge of tracking attendance and punctuality data for a small school. I need a Microsoft Access database constructed that contains 15 fields of data entry per student. There are certain fields that must be expandable in order to accommodate multiple entries.
The database must be searchable by the student's last name or first name. The entire database must be expandable to at least 200 students. The database must fit within a printable window that is 8-1/2" wide (a standard sheet of paper). It is not required to be Mac-user friendly. The attached PDF file contains the data fields that are needed.
