Sales Data Management System Development

Info on the company and the business :
I'm managing a kids care center that offers a variety of services and activities. I need to be able to manage data from a "family account" perspective to follow the sales history and identify opportunities for more business :
the "family account" tracks data such as : 1-2 parents, 1 or more kids, 1 or more related people (grand parents, babysitter, driver,...etc), date and duration of visits, services bought and status of consumption, total revenue
Each kid visit the center several times a week, for few hours of free play or for an in-room activity or an event.
Services offered mainly around : kids care for few hours, courses, events and parties.
Services are billed : by duration of presence, by subscribtion type, by event.



I am in need of a skilled MS Access database developer to create a user-friendly interface for Sales data entry. My primary requirement is to store, arrange and analyze product information, customer details, and order specifics.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive experience in MS Access Database development, particularly designing interfaces for data entry
- Proficient understanding of data organization and storage
- Excellent skills in capturing and analyzing sales data including product details, customer information, and order details
- Good knowledge in data security and privacy measures

The end goal is to have a fluid, simple to use system that allows comprehensive tracking and manipulation of sales data.
