SQL Optimizing

Need help optimizing an existing in-house cloud-based SQL Database. As the database has grown, we have several queries that are in need of optimization to speed up our reporting process. We are also utilizing MS365 Lists, MS Forms, Power Automate and Power Apps and would like to transfer some of our existing MS Access Forms/Reports over to the MS365 environment so that it can be better utilized by our team members.
