SQL to Microsoft Access - TUTORING -- 2

I have a table from AdventureWorks on a SQL Server and I need to build a frontend MS Access Form so that users can modify the table. There will be three "company departments" where users come from that will modify the table and I've written out and attached the workflow of how they do it. There's consistently a process pipeline of information that's required to be inputted before the next department can input their bucket of information. This is a massive learning experience for me to integrate a SQL table with Access (and designing the frontend) and would love to have someone guide me through it all.

I will pay hourly and meet on a weekly basis
