SAP Concur Data Extractor

Concur sunset project? Concur is our current Expense provider. We’re leaving the service and they have a full data dump they can provide via SFTP, but they will all be disassociated flat files and images. We do know that there is common attribute across the files, so we would need someone who can rebuild these tables in SQL, associate the images with their related report files, and create something like an MS Access interface for us to do simple searches and retrieve our data based on things like Employee Name, or Report ID, etc.
