Retrieve Data from Access SQL Database

I need assistance with accessing an SQL database through pgAdmin. In particular, I need to retrieve specific data from the database, which is stored within an Access SQL database. I'm looking for someone who could help me extract the data and convert it into an Excel spreadsheet.
