Quotation Tracking System

I would like to build a quotation tracking system where we would enter
A. The details of the quotations when it is generated
B. Update the status and changes when it is modified
C. Capture the customer name and details
D. Generate report for the quotes with its status
E. Update the quote status when it is won Lost or discarded and the win percentage changes
D.The solutuon should be in MS acess and VBA as we cannot install any third party application
F. The copy of the quote or equipment list shall be added in quote , so that we can generate a report of materail in demand by looking at all live quote
