Python Score Updater with Access

I'm looking for a Python program that can update and retrieve scores from a Microsoft Access database. This is an advanced higher SQA computing science project.

Requirements:
- Functionality: Update and retrieve scores
- User Interface:
- Input fields for score entry
- Score display area to show current scores
- Update button to submit changes
- Single user: Only one user can update scores at a time

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with Microsoft Access
