Project database

I use a portal online to access projects, It has all my features including invoicing, project numbers, client names, status, etc. I want to put it in an excel database for my employees to access but they do not need to access my invoices etc. The portal is login and password protected but and I am not sure exactly how to get the info to pull into excel on a normal basis if it can even be done.
