I require the creation of a comprehensive Microsoft Project sheet (or similar MS software if more suitable) aimed to effectively monitor and manage equipment availability, current and prospective jobs, and equipment status (ready, maintenance, repair, etc).
Key Expectations:
- Visual Representation: Use horizontal graphs (with lengths based on duration) to visually present the recorded values.
- Data Entry & Update: Should support both manual and automatic information inputs and updates to support constant and accurate tracking.
- Efficient Tracking: The tool must accurately reflect equipment availability and status at any given time.
