Program an interactive sheet - PDF / Access database

We are looking to create a Database that we can set points to create unique datasheets for products.
Example.
if someone types 500 in the need it will change the other points to meet the set specification of a product 500 then if they type 502 it will change the set numbers to show specifications of a 502.
then it would create a PDF datasheet of the product needed to meet the customers need.
