I'm in need of a comprehensive inventory database that can manage product inventory as well as track sellable assets. The primary function of the asset portion of the database is to monitor and report on asset inventory, purchase information.

Key Features:
- Item description, pictures, pricing and associated freight costs, on sell pricing plus margin and freight
- Real-time stock updates: The system should provide live updates on stock levels to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
- Stock alerts: The system should alert me when stock levels reach a predefined threshold.
- Asset reporting: This feature should provide comprehensive reports about when purchased item is sold to owner (65 rooms), pricing, asset description, including their current condition, where located.
- Reports for owners with an itemised inventory of their villa/apartment.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in database management and design
- Experience with inventory and asset tracking systems
- Ability to implement real-time updates and alert systems
- Strong analytical skills for asset reporting

The system should include basic user authentication. The system will manage a large volume of items with a wide variety. The system should implement high-level data security measures including encryption and regular security audits. The asset reporting feature should generate reports in PDF format. The database should store data using Dropbox.
