Power BI Dashboard for Fleet Management

I need a Power BI dashboard built that pulls data from five different MS lists. The data includes fleet management info, hazard/incident reports, and feedback (compliments/complaints).

Key Requirements:
- The dashboard should be able to be sliced by date (month and year) and region.
- Visualization: I specifically want to see line graphs.
- The dashboard should filter by region and month/year.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Power BI
- Experience with MS lists
- Data visualization skills
- Familiarity with fleet management data is a plus.
