Post Cure Oven Data Storage

Job ID: 34445921

Budget: $50 – $0 USD

We are currently post curing some parts in an oven that has a temperature controller on it that outputs a .csv file at the conclusion of the post cure. The .csv file contains times and temperatures that were seen during the post cure. We would like to present the user with a form that assigns a unique serial number to the load, assigns the date of post cure and stores the file name that contains the data in a table. In addition, we would need a second table where the user would input the part numbers that were in the load, the lot number of the parts post cured, the quantity of each part in each lot number, the hardness of the parts prior to post curing, the hardness of the parts after post curing and the change in hardness (hardness after post cure -hardness before post cure). It would be advantageous if we could store the data in the .csv file in a table and be able to display the time and temperature data from the .csv file in a graph of temp on the 'Y' axis versus time on the 'X' axis. This is a trivial project and would probably not take an experienced programmer more than a few hours. However, following this project will be one that is much more significant that would entail converting data from a SQL Anywhere database to Access and then writing the necessary code and developing the necessary forms to maintain that data and more.
