Portal connection

I want to send data to the ACE Portal weblink system (government website for Bill of Lading confirmation). I use Microsoft Access 2010 to transfer data to the ACE Portal. However, when they "modernized" the portal they inserted a pause for token and password entry. Now the system doesn't know how to proceed past the pause in the script. To make matters more challenging they migrated from Internet Explorer to MIcrosoft Edge. I need expertise in recreating the code to work with Microsoft Edge.
