Placekey Integration from MS Access

Create an application that runs within a Microsoft Access Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) module that converts data to a specific format and communicates via the Placekey API to perform a process on the data, and return the key to the database in the form of a file that is imported into Microsoft Access. Specifically, we want to create a Placekey for every business address in our database. Placekey is a free open source service that creates a unique identifier per business record based on the physical address and name of the business. There are approximately 7 million records for the initial process, and then a monthly process of approximately 100,000 records will run to update changed and new records.
