I have an optometric office. We currently send reports to all of our patients which describes the results of their eye examination. It has a patient database with includes the patient's name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number, email, DOB, age, sex of patient, recall date and update button.
I am able to set up templates that allow me to put in prewritten statements into the report.
I can also merge it with custom letters that I write.
I am looking for a modification to my existing excel program that is more efficient (less screens) and can also directly email the reports to my patients.
since i already have a program, you won't be starting from scratch.
