Offline Caravan Park Database Creation
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I need a small, offline Microsoft Access database for a caravan park. This database will run on a local iPad, as the location has no internet access. The project does not require a booking front-end.
Database Fields:
1. Rego
2. State
3. First Name
4. Surname
5. Email
6. Phone
7. Date in
8. Date Out
9. Number of people (max of 6)
10. Power (A dropdown YES or NO)
11. Number of days
12. Paid (Dropdown with YES, NO, Daily, Weekly)
The database should automatically calculate:
1. The date out based on the number of days from the start date
2. The cost based on a daily rate plus an additional charge for power if 'YES' is selected
The budget for this project is very small.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Access
- Experience in creating offline databases
- Understanding of dropdown menus and automated calculations
I also require the database to generate daily summaries, but no additional security features or complex user access levels are needed. The database should not require password protection or any advanced security measures.
