New features and improvements for FLUTTER mobile application connected to Woocommerce API.

We have a mobile application developed in flutter that is connected to our website with the woocommerce API. We need to add new features to the application.
1. Currently the website uses the plugin "Acowebs Woocommerce Dynamic Pricing" to create discount rules in the product prices, however, this only works in the website prices and not in the mobile application. We require that these pricing rules work for the mobile app as well.
2. Currently the website uses the plugin "Order Delivery Date Pro for WooCommerce" to define blocks of times for the shipment dispatch of customer orders. In the mobile application there is a field "Delivery Date" but it does not have exactly the same functionality as on the website, specifically, that when the orders assigned to the time block defined in the plugin run out or when the hours of the time block have passed, it only allows to choose the next available blocks.
3. We require an option from the website, from where we can make push notifications manually, and the mobile application has the required libraries.
4. Finally we need to upload the applications with these new improvements to Apple Store and Play Store.
