Need to move access database to the web

Cultures Observations Database collects quotes from voyagers in different countries. Traits observed are extracted from these, and placed into groups by the user. Built-in routines help the user to compare traits and groups and and look for cultural patterns. The poster attached shows how the database works. At the moment it is programmed in Access 2007.
