Need to compile 3 Database.

Namaste,

Need to compile 3 Database.
One Master data - Need to import few tables from reaming two DB to add missing information,

There are 3 DB
1. Ms Sql
2. My Sql
3. Xl

Its Very simple ms sql and my sql can be merged as you have to just fetch one field and have unique field as id number, But little confused about 3rd Data (xl) where Unique field not proper.

Pls let me know if anyone can take up this task.
