Need MSO Access database built

I have some software written in Excel format, that I would like to convert to Access database software. I have formulas, conversions, & everything I believe needed to built software. The software is a daily mud report, used in the oil & gas industry. I have some experience with programming, so I can assist in different ways. Finding the time to build this software, is hard to do. The software will perform a number of routines. I need it to print a report, using a template. Can send images to get an idea of the scope of work needed done.
