MsAccess Application

Hi, I am looking to develop a small application that Generate orders using interface with drop down menue on basis predefined lists {Like , I want to buy Dollar against PKR through Bank A , I will select , Bank A, Dollar , PKR from drop down menu and enter Dollar amount and rate }. On basis on above letter I will generate a Accounting entry that can be exported to excel format after I have generated all the letters. I want this to happen in MS access or any MS office application.
