Move database from Access 2007 to Access 2021

Our Cultures Observations Database was coded over the years in Access 2007 and is no longer compatible with Windows 11 so we need it to be moved to the latest desktop version of Access.
We need clear annotated code as the database will be evolving in the future.
The database designer and the 2007 programmer are available to answer queries.
