Modification of Microsoft Database/Report

I need to modify a microsoft access database file. This file is use to print our pricetag. It pulls information from an excel file, we type in the Item code, and it generate the fields for pricetag. We have a setting where we input the fixed fields needed. Please see the avinash file in the excel as I have explain to the best of my capacity what need to be done. Please study the Avinash excel file to udnerstand what needs to be done. Those bidding, please explain what you have understood that need to be done so I can eliminate automatic bidding. The value in Red are the correct value that need to be displayed and before submitting the final project please test the database with different settings and check that the reports are correct being displayed.
