Migrate Access DB and Forms to Web based application

We currently have an access database of stock inventory. We use access forms or edit the database directly to add or allocate stock to customers and we use this database as the inventory.
The end goal is to make this web based so it can be accessed via a browser and data can be held in the cloud.
