Microsoft access programmer

I want a form where users can input the data and then say how many records need that data. I work at a research lab and we get large amounts of samples in that all have the same info just different numbers (like samples 1-100). I need to keep all the samples as different records for later purposes but I don’t want to have to input 100 times. So I want the form to have an option to choose how many records to make of that info.
