Microsoft Power Apps connected to On-premises SQL Server.

I am looking for a freelancer who can develop a Microsoft Power Apps connected to On-premises SQL Server project. The main purpose of the project is to generate reports and perform analysis on the data.
Problem we are facing:
We have 2 applications in Microsoft Power Apps connected to On-premises SQL Server through On-Premises data gateway.
Since few months ago, we start losing the connection between the Gate pass system and the On-Premises SQL data with Bad Gateway error.
Skills and experience required:
- Need expert with power Apps and gateway.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Power Apps and On-premises SQL Server
- Proficiency in designing and developing advanced data entry and management systems with multiple table entries, complex relationships, and queries
- Ability to understand and implement specific design requirements provided by the client
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to suggest design ideas if necessary
