Microsoft Outlook Emails into Microsoft Access

I have an access database and need someone to automatically log emails coming into outlook and put them in to a certain format in Access so that we can use the data.

We also need a full list of the emails, unanswered, answered and to be able to send emails from Access and log it against supplier files etc.

There will be around 10 reports generated from the data.
