Microsoft Account Troubleshooter and Power BI Expert

I use Power BI to keep some stats for a company and I usually download the information into excel and send it to them periodically. I am looking at sharing Power BI with the company directly so they can do this themselves going forward. Primarily I need advice on how to share Power BI and also a few troubleshooting issues with the project that I have.
Ideally you will be expert at Power BI and using Microsoft accounts. My Power BI downloads information from a MS Access bridge that connects to an Azure SQL Database so if you know a little about these applications that would be an advantage.
In your response please outline your experience in these applications and let me know what your hourly rate is for consulting on these issues.
