Microsoft Access Database changes, fixes, recovery and set up network compatibility

Hey,
I'm looking for someone who can help me with a access database. we are using it as an all-round program for items we sell.
We have a access database/ program that needs some small changes with the documents ms access provides and some other functionlities, that needs to be unlocked.
Optional:
Since MS Access is only working on MS Windows Im would also look for a way to copy/ immigrate the database to a different database (functionality must be the same) that is more accessible with other devices and OS - maybe SQL or a different database.
