Microsoft Access Database Development

I am in need of a proficient Microsoft Access programmer capable of designing and developing a new database for our project. There is currently no existing database in place.

The ideal candidate for this role should be able to:
- Design a robust, secure and user-friendly Access database from scratch.
- Effectively analyze data and ensure error-free data processing.
- Integrate the database with other software to provide seamless workflows.
- Generate data reports as needed.

After the database has been developed, I will require a written manual detailing its features, usage guidelines and troubleshooting advice. This manual must be clearly written, easy to understand and comprehensive to enable our staff effectively utilize the database.
