The database should track the following information for each piece of equipment:
- Serial Number & Model Number
- Maintenance History (Installation Date, Warranty Period, AMC Period)
- Customer Name, Location, address, asstes installation location etc.
- Value of Assets of AMC Contract, prorata basis cost Tracking
- Quarterly PMS Service records, Call Records, Spare Part Records.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel
- Experience in designing databases for asset management, AMC Management.
- Ability to create custom reports
