XYZ (Change the Business name) is a manufacturing entity. We actually do job work on other businesses’ products. Our job is to do Metallise work on suppliers’ products.
This is the product (Shown in the Image ) this is coming from a supplier for job work this is one product of the supplier there are so many products coming from the supplier.
Our job Is to do job work on this product and give back to the supplier.
This is Final Product after job work or Metallised.
What I need
In this process, I want to create an Inventory management system and a Manufacturing management system.
I am dividing This project into Pase.
Phase 1: Inward Inventory Management System
Whenever Products came for job work we need to store every detail about these products and Suppliers.
Record Data about Supplier, and Items Details.
Basic Details out Delivery Challan (Challan Came from Suppliers this is the document given by the supplier and write details about product and Item):
1. Supplier Challan no.
2. Inward no.
3. Item Received Date and Time
4. E way bill no.
5. Vehicle no.
6. Transporter ID
7. Item Received From
Supplier’s Details:
1. Company Name
2. Proprietor Name
3. GST number
4. PAN Number
5. Address
6. Contact Person name
7. Mobile no.
8. Mobile no. (2)
9. E-mail ID
Item Details :
1. Item name as per Supplier Deliver Challan
2. Item name as per our records
3. Item Code
4. Quantity
5. HSN Code
6. Unites
7. Alternate units
8. Item Image
This is a details record of whenever Inward is Coming. After I enter these details I need a stock of every item.
For this action, we know how many inward coming. And what Stock do I have?
This is Phase 1.
Phase 2: Issue inward for production.
Phase 3: Production Management Process
Phase 4: Finish Goods ready
Phase 5: Deliver Finish Products
