Improvement to results reporting using Microsoft Access and Excel

We require help from someone who is experienced in Microsoft access and excel. We are a tutoring company in the education industry. Right now, we have a program in which is used to send reports to student’s email. Hundreds of reports in pdf format are sent to the student’s email almost simultaneously. We would like to add a few more features onto this program and require a programmer to do this for us. Most of the code for the program is coded by a previous freelancer which is now uncontactable. So, you would have to understand and then add onto the already written code.
