Import XML Product File into Microsoft Access

I have a large XML file (350MB) that I need to import into Access but I need the import to transform the data in a certain way.
I want to be able to use the standard Access XML import:
External Data > New Data Source > From File > XML File
Then I will need to load some sort of transform file.
In need somebody to create the transform file and provide me with an Access database populated with the data from the XML file based on the instructions in this video:

I will need to have the transform file so that the process can be repeated.
I can provide a sample of the XML file if you need it before being awarded the job.
