Help build Simple Access Database
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I am looking for someone to help me create a simple database with a dashboard and 3 reports I have included a document with more information and info about the report to help you understand the scope of the work. I am a trainer and I need to track what time I spend with students.
Project Goal: To help me track what time I spend working and help me generate the required reports that are required.
PROJECT – ACCESS DATABASE
Firstly the dashboard I want to go with I want to be able to be on the side of my screen I have a 35inch extra-wide screen running Windows 11 so I am going to use the 1/3 screen split feature (SEE REFERENCE 1)
The data I am going to need to store is quite small but might need to added to I have attached (SEE REFERENCE 2) of the information I am needing to store Reference 3 is the only details I need to store for students.
REFERENCE 4 is the Actions I have to do.
As you will see the 3 reports are required are shown in the document.
With regards to the dashboard, I have put an example on the last page which is just a simple form that will allow me to create Students, Enrolment, Course, and Reports. But the back bone of this data base is the new action I want to be able to quickly and simply record a log of my day so when I click the new action button I want it to date stamp the click be able to quickly find the student select the action and leave a note once I click Save It date stamps the end time so I can tell how many minutes are spent with each student.
