Food cost program

The ingredients base is composed of :
- name of the product
- weight of the product
- unity of the product
- price of the product
- VAT of the product
- family of the product
and I will be able to have
- price/( kg, L ...)
- export to exel as a sheet

I would like an ingredient form to create, modify or delete them
