Expert MS Access

Looking for someone to make a number of changes (quickly) to my rather complicated access database. This will mainly involve writing some queries and designing reports. Looking. For this work to be completed within 1 month. As some background, The system is a Rick management system with a workflow which emails specific users once a risk and incident is realised by a user. I would provide the database front and back end and a list of which is required. Only apply for this project if you have lots of experience using access.
