MS Exchange Front-end Programming Tool SOW

We are seeking experienced MS Exchange experts to custom develop a front-end tool for MS Exchange that can monitor outgoing emails and verify recipients' information against a pre-stored database on a remote server before allowing Exchange to send the email out.

The ideal candidate should possess knowledge in both company Resident Exchange setup and 365 Exchange and be able to utilize existing hooks in MS Exchange to intercept and analyze all outgoing emails from all members of the company.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop a MS Exchange front-end tool that can intercept and analyze outgoing emails
- Verify recipient name/email against a pre-existing database of Recipients/Subject titles pre-stored in a remote secure server
- Authenticate the recipient in the database and allow Exchange to proceed and send the email out if a match is detected
- Generate a warning sign and stop the email from going if there is no match detected

Requirements:

- Proven experience in MS Exchange both company Resident Exchange setup and 365 Exchange
- Knowledge in developing MS Exchange front-end programming tool
- Familiarity with utilizing hooks in MS Exchange
- Experience in working with pre-existing database of Recipients/Subject titles pre-stored in a remote secure server
- Ability to work independently and deliver a high-quality output within a tight deadline

This is a time-sensitive project, and we are looking for talented and experienced programmers who can dive in immediately, without requiring a lot of learning curve to complete the project.
