MS Excel Machinery Inventory Database

I need an MS Excel database to efficiently track and manage machinery and consumables. The database should have form-type entry for new equipment, new consumables, and usage entries. Reports should be generated based on equipment items, consumable inventory, equipment usage, and user.

Requirements:
- Track inventory of machinery and consumables
- Details for machinery: serial number, purchase date, condition, manufacturer, model number, UPC code, base price, tax, shipping, fees, total, and supplier
- Details for consumables: supplier, quantity ordered, weight, brand, quantity used, type
- Multiple users with varying locations for each usage
