Excel App Developer with VBA Skills

Looking for an experienced Excel/VBA developer to build a user-friendly Excel application with the following features:

Scope of Work:
1. Search Functionality:
• A clean, dashboard-style interface in Excel to search and view records.
• Filters, sorting options, and easy navigation for the data.
2. Data Modification:
• Users can modify existing records or add new data directly from the Excel interface.
• Any add, modify, or delete actions must trigger a password prompt before proceeding.
3. Password Protection:
• A custom password prompt should secure all actions involving data modification.
• The password should be securely stored and not easily bypassed.
4. Backend Storage:
• All data should be stored and synced with a Microsoft Access database (.accdb).
• The Excel app should be able to fetch, update, and write data to the Access database seamlessly.

Deliverables:
• Fully functional Excel application with UI.
• Access database (.accdb) file.
• Proper documentation on how to use and maintain the app.
